Essential policies to note: 

• Appointment times
  Though we try our best to arrive at your location at the time we have indicated, please allow for a 30-minute window. Because we are a mobile service, our time of arrival is subject to traffic, driving distance, and previous appointment delays. 

• Van policy 
  At this moment, we ask for privacy while we are grooming your pet because we have found that pets can become stressed during the service when they see their owners, which can make it difficult to safely complete their grooming experience. 

• Elder pets
  For the safety and comfort of your pet, we recommend elder dogs and cats to a veterinarian for their grooming needs. We have found that as pets age, they need extra time and assistance to perform the service. At this time, we do not have the specialized resources to provide the service for senior pet. Therefore, we highly encourage you to look towards a veterinarian to reduce the amount of stress of your pet’s grooming service.
